Returns Policy

You may return your purchase in unused condition, with all swing ticket items (badge, tag and sticker) and proof of purchase within 30 days to receive a full refund.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition and including all swing ticket items (badge, tag and sticker).

After 30 days items cannot be returned or refunds given.

Please complete our return form and return it with your item. Please protect the items for their return journey. The original packaging is great for this.

If you consider your item defective then you can return your product anytime. The item will be assessed and if found to be defective then we will issue a replacement or provide a refund. Garments subjected to wear and tear, misuse or damage are not considered defective.

Please note that a refund can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
