Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of order confirmation.

Giclee Prints are printed to order. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch from Dry Mango Limited.

You will receive notification of dispatch from us and delivery from the courier.

Delivery costs are free. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver our parcels in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked to deliver our parcels internationally. International delivery  is usually within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping Disclaimer.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays due to customs, weather or unforeseen circumstances. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure that the goods are cleared. We recommend that customers contact the local customs authorities to determine a landed cost prior to purchase. Orders will be returned to Dry Mango where customs fees and charges are refused.
